Interpretativo Ranita de Darwin

Starting point of the trail


For those interested in a relaxed hike, the 2.5km "Ranita de Darwin" Interpretive Trail begins 4.2km up the Amarillo Valley road and is easy to follow. Ask at the park office for an interpretive guide to the flora and fauna. Near the end, you will find three spectacular lookouts. If you are observant and lucky, you may even see the tiny, shy Darwin's frog, now in danger of extinction.

Starting place: On the way to Camping Grande, 4,2 km.
Duration: 1¼.
Distance: 2,5 km.
Return: It starts and ends in the parking area. On your way back, in the last section you'll walk along the vehicular road, completing the loop.
Difficulty: Low.
